excellent photos as usual phil - shame about the fishing line on the last one we'll need to get that removed! i love watching the kingfishers in the summer feeding on the fry, which incidentally is about a cm long at the moment, there's alsorts of colours, white, gold and normal carp colours Makes you wonder whats actually in there doesn't it?

We saw all the fry ourselves and commented on the range of colours they were. So yeah it certainly does make you think what they might grown into, if the Kingfisher or the other Carp don't get them first of course. PS. Meant to say - Kelly's breakfasts are spot on!

Yes have to agree all them photos are spot on. The place is looking great and i cant wait to see it in all its summer glory.. It dosnt seem 2 minutes since i was last there yet it looks so different.. Especially the last one. The caravan and the clearing didnt look like that for starters. And the time before i was there Gaz set his pants on fire chopping an old buried trailer to bits that was there ha ha. So when i get back there in a couple of weeks its gonna be totally different again.. Roll on

I can't believe i had to cancel my 48hrs because of work - coincided with the end of spawning, the new moon phase and the overcast muggy weather...i'm so gutted...hopefully they'll still be 'having it' next week. well done to those that did catch...lucky bu**ers.
